This photo was taken by Elise Thompson Avishai. Elise took this photo while she was in Ohio meeting the community of Mennonites. I personally love when candid photos, and out of all the shots that Elise took, this one really caught my eye. The yawning boy was just so adorable I had to pick this one to share.
Manjari Sharma's idea of capturing a peaceful moment in an inclosed space like a shower was so creative. I admire the fact that she was able to capture the moment of her models unwinding and relaxing their bodies under the hot water. The splashing water gives the picture an awesome affect.
This photo was taken by Dima Gavrysh. What I first noticed about this photo was the model's posture. As his head hangs, I couldn't help but wonder what was going through his head at that moment. The color affect and dust in the background makes the picture so powerful and reminds us of all the men and woman who have served our country.
